UPPI-RACHITA FILM SHOOT IN WEST INDIES

The untitled film of super star Upendra and Rachita Ram Production No 1, that went on the floor on Monday morning in front of a huge Shivalinga at Kanteerava Studio is moving to West Indies to shoot major portions of the film. The Kanteerava studio looked very grand with cut outs and huge set. The surroundings of Shivalinga also had ancient look. It is art director Seenu prepared the 20 feet idol of Shivalinga. The vicinities looked very traditional.


Producer Dr Vijayalakshmi Urs closely related to Kemparaj Urs, brother of Devaraj Urs says she is making this film because of encouragement from Keshava a producer in Kannada cinema. I was chair person of Kanteerava studio for some time. At that time I had seen the activities of cinema making very closely. Keshava inspired me to make a film. From politics I thought of this new move. I wrote a story for the image of Upendra. I like Upendra and seen his films. He is the one actor adjust to various kinds of roles informed Dr Vijalakahsmi Urs who took questions posed to other team members with enthusiasm. It is my ‘Hata’ to make a film with Upendra. I have travelled world over and seen West Indies suitable for subject shooting. I am also in to social work and my children are staying in USA.


The single line story narrated to Upendra permitted him to go ahead with screenplay and dialogues. It has relevance to past and to 2017. I really liked this producer because she can answer all questions with ease without revealing about the film secrets stated Upendra.


K Madesh says he is in his fourth straight film. It is an expensive and lavish cinema. The shoot begins in January and it will be with typical Uppi style.


Rachita Ram feels blessed to get a new film with super star Upendra. On this Hanuma Jayanthi it is tremendous news for me. I was praying with Upendraji in the first shot. I asked for super hit of this film and get good collections she added. As a respect to all the seniors on the stage Rachita preferred to stand and speak.
